Service Now / Website information
Your visit. Your choices.
How the public Service Now website handles the information used by its features.
Updated September 14, 2026
Sending a message
The contact page explains the sending option available to you. When the button says “Send message,” the website submits your name, reply email, message and any optional details to our email delivery provider for delivery to info@servicenowco.com. Service Now uses that information to respond to your inquiry. The website database does not store your message or raw contact details.
When the button says “Open email to send,” your message stays in your browser until you choose to open your email app or copy it. You must press Send in your email app to deliver it. Your email provider and Service Now handle information you choose to send. The composer does not save your message between visits.
Direct submission uses keyed, non-readable hashes and hourly counters to limit automated abuse. Raw network and email addresses are not stored in those counters; expired counters are cleared as the form is used. Hosting and email providers may process technical connection information and delivery records under their own policies.
Online booking
When you select Book Now, you leave this website and open our booking provider’s page. Contact details and service requests you submit there are handled through that provider and Service Now’s service workflow. Review the information and policies presented in the booking form before submitting. Our website cannot confirm submission, an appointment or payment on the booking provider’s page.
Optional website analytics
Optional analytics are off unless you turn them on using the control in the footer. If enabled, the website counts page views, phone-link clicks, booking and email handoffs, and use of the plan and monitoring tools. These records contain only a day, a public page path or a recognized campaign category, an event category and a total count. The recognized campaigns are Fall heating, Comfort Plan and Commercial monitoring. Campaign categories can also appear in the email you choose to send. The analytics feature does not record your name, contact details, request notes, full query string, IP address or a visitor identifier.
Your on/off preference is stored on this device. You can change it in the footer. The website keeps optional analytics off when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preference. Hosting and booking providers may process technical connection information under their own policies.
